Director Zack Snyder has recently unveiled an image of the full-length Batman armor worn by Ben Affleck in “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice,” following an IMAX screening that marks the original release date of its trailer, which was leaked three days before its scheduled release.

According to The Independent, the Batman armor has what could be possible scratches on its breastplate.
Henry Cavill will reprise his role as Superman following “Man of Steel” (2013). He will be seen opposite Ben Affleck, who plays Batman in Dawn of Justice, the second installment of the DC Comics’ shared universe films.
Also included in the cast are Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Jason Momoa as Aquaman, Ray Fisher as Cyborg, Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor, Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Jeremy Irons as Alfred Pennyworth, Laurence Fishburne as Perry White and Diane Lane as Martha Kent.
Although the trailer suggests that the movie is the next installment to “Man of Steel,” Cavill expressed that it is not exactly a “Superman sequel.”
According to MTV, he said, “I wouldn’t call this a Superman sequel.
“This is Batman vs. Superman so it’s a separate entity altogether. It’s introducing the Batman character and expanding upon the universe which was kicked off by Man of Steel…. Everything could change in the editing room, but as it stands it’s definitely an introduction to the character and ultimately an introduction to Justice League.”
“Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice” is slated to release in the UK on March 25, 2016. This will be followed by two sequels, planned to be released in 2017 and 2019.
DC Comics has a pretty busy calendar for the next couple of years. Justice League Part 1 has a release date of November 17, 2017. In addition, “Suicide Squad” and a Wonder Woman film will also be released in 2016 and 2017, respectively.
