It seems that the Randy Orton-Bray Wyatt storyline will continue. Both are targeting the WWE SmackDown tag team titles. The new Wyatt Family will be facing the tandem of Heath Slater and Rhyno at WWE TLC in what could be a rewarding match.
No U-Turn for Randy Orton now
The uncanny partnership between Randy Orton and Bray Wyatt has not been entirely sold to the WWE universe. Recent events only thickens the plot. After taking out American Alpha on the Nov. 29 edition of WWE SmackDown, the two get a chance to pry the titles away from Heath Slater and Rhyno.
Talent alone renders Wyatt and Orton as clear favorites, assuming both are on the same page. Orton has been showing the “Eater of Worlds” that he is serious about the tandem, though most believe a betrayal will happen.
Right now, there is no indication of that happening. Then again, that is what defines Orton – his unpredictability. He has done it in the past and can most certainly strike at any time. It could be in that WWE TLC match, or maybe even after. The bottom line here is that Orton is no angel and that something has got to give.
Luke Harper Jealousy Angle Soon?
The third man in the mix is Luke Harper. While he hasn’t completely shown it, Harper could turn as well. Being a protégé of Bray Wyatt for long, it is an odd scenario to see Orton move up ahead of him.
If not, Harper could be wise to the antics of Orton as he keeps a close eye. The plainest scenario would see a “Freebird” rule of a reign for the Wyatt family, something the “New Day” is doing for WWE Raw.
A title change may or may not occur at WWE TLC, though the tag team titles are not the main focus here. It is about the storylines, which could go down at the pay-per-view or shows thereafter, Forbes reported.
