Russia has made it clear that if opposing parties like the United States makes a move, it will prepare to react. According to some experts, there are several telltale signs that Moscow is indeed preparing for war. Is this the end of U.S. supremacy?

Many reports and experts say that given the tensions between Russia and the United States, it is only a matter of time before a full-out war ensues. In fact, there are several signs from Moscow that reportedly hints at what could happen next.

Signs That Russia Is Preparing For War

Journalist Patrick Reevell claims that there are seven signs that Russia is preparing for war. According to the report, no one believes Moscow is really preparing for a military conflict with the United States. Many experts instead believe that the whole thing is a show that will help bump up support at home to prevent Western countries from meddling in Syria.

The first warns about nuclear dimensions. Russian media has come full swing with a report on the state-controlled network NTV, saying, “If that should one day happen, each of you must know where the nearest bomb shelter is.” Other signs include:

  • large-scale civil defense drill across the country
  • Russia clarifying the roles of government bodies in times of war
  • saber-rattling
  • a series of intercontinental ballistic missile tests
  • officials showing possible scenarios of the catastrophe
  • bomb shelter

Russia also made it clear that if the United States plans on doing any attack, it will be ready to respond.

“The threats directed against Moscow and our state’s leadership are unprecedented, because they are voiced at the level of the US vice president,” said a Kremlin spokesman via News.com.
