Watch: Stephen Curry Makes Kid Faint

Despite Stephen Curry failing to help his team achieve a second consecutive championship, people and fans in the Bay Area still adore him.

Curry helped the Golden State Warriors acquire four-time scoring champion and MVP Kevin Durant, a decision that has sent shock waves across the world of basketball.

At the Warriors basketball camp in Hawaii, Curry surprised kids by going room to room pretending to sell girl scout cookies to kids. Opening the door to find Curry, they were overjoyed, including a kid who fell straight backwards and fainted, as reported by Sporting News. The video showing the expressions of the kids was posted on social media by the Warriors.

Durant’s decision to leave the Oklahoma City Thunder and sign with the Warriors has caused a massive upset. Several fans of his and Thunder have expressed their dismay and disappointment, including a kid who, as reported by Fan Sided, cried his eyes out when he learned about Durant’s decision; and said he wanted to punch the basketball player in the face.

As previously reported by Morning News USA, Durant is transferring to a team that beat the Thunder in the Western Conference Finals.

With Durant’s transfer, Warriors become one of the top favorites to win the championship next year. In addition to Curry and now Durant, the roster for Warriors also contains players like Draymond Green and Klay Thompson. The star-studded side will be looking to clinch the championship after losing to the Cleveland Cavaliers.

As reported by AOL, the Warriors posted the video after Durant signed with them; it would have been even more surprising to the kids if he and Curry both turned up outside their doors.
