A 30-year refinance is quoted at 4.125% today with an APR of 4.285%, making it comparable to a purchase interest rate. Chase advertises a 20-year fixed refinance loan at 3.875% with an APR of 4.094%. The popular 15-year refi loan is quoted at 3.375% with an APR of 3.671%.
Well-qualified homeowners can lock into a 5/1 ARM refinance today at 3.125% for the first five years with an APR of 3.122%. Chase has published the 7/1 adjustable rate mortgage refi with an interest rate of 3.250% and an APR of 3.209%.
