In the short term lending section, 15 year jumbo fixed rate mortgage home loans can be seen published at an interest rate of 3.750 % and an APR yield of 4.008%.
As far as the flexible home loan deals are considered, the interested borrowers can secure the 3 year adjustable rate mortgage home loan packages at an interest rate of 2.250% and an APR yield of 3.261% during the starting years of the home loan tenure. The more flexible, 5 year adjustable rate mortgage deals are now up for grabs at a starting interest rate of 2.625% and an APR yield of 3.250% on the principal amount of home loan secured from the bank.
