Today’s Mortgage Interest Rates at BB&T (April 2, 2014)

This Wednesday, the benchmark 30 year fixed mortgage interest rates didn’t experience any pleasant or unpleasant change at the North Carolina based mortgage provider, Branch Banking and Trust Corp (NYSE: BBT). Following a sudden hike in the interest rates of its ideal home purchase and refinancing home loan deals yesterday, the bank did not alter the position of its interest figures in the mortgage rate charts published on April 2, 2014.

As of now, in the standard, long term home loan section, the interested customers can find the ideal 30 year fixed rate mortgage home loans being advertised at an unchanged interest rate of 3.875% and being backed by an annual percentage rate of 3.997% today. However, for the seekers of relatively shorter home loan deals, 15 year fixed rate mortgage home loan plans would be the best pick at an interest price of 4.500% and an annual percentage yield of 5.002% this Wednesday.

However, for the interested customers, who find 30 years to be a quite long period for home loans and are not happy with the interest and return rates that accompany the short term deals, the bank publishes the midterm, 20 year fixed rate mortgage home loan deals at an interest rate of 3.375% and an annual return rate of 4.040% in its unique home financing section today. On the other hand, the shortest, 10 year fixed rate mortgage home loan plans are up for grabs at an interest rate of 3.875% and an annual percentage return of 3.997% today.

When it comes to the refinancing home loan options, BB&T offers its popular 30 year fixed rate mortgage home loan schemes at an interest cost of 3.875% and an APR yield of 3.997% this Wednesday. Alternatively, the short term, 15 year refinancing fixed rate mortgage home loan packages are being published against an interest charge of 4.500% and are accompanied by an APR yield of 5.002% today.

In the exclusive home refinancing division, the bank is currently offering its unique, midterm, 20 year fixed rate mortgage home loan plans at a lending rate of 3.375% and an annual percentage rate of 4.040% today. However, for the seekers of home loan options with an even shorter time period, the 10 year refinancing fixed rate mortgage home loans would be an ideal pick at an interest price of 3.875% and an annual return rate of 4.521% on the initial amount of home loan sanctioned by the bank.
