Since Thanos’s appearance in Guardians of the Galaxy, fans have become so eager for Avengers: Infinity War. Although the film is still under production, the audience is expecting a behind-the-scene image or clip from the Russo brothers.
Last month, the Russo brothers and Marvel released new clips from Captain America: Civil War for the movie’s Blu-ray promotion. Furthermore, the directors announced on Instagram that they are now beginning production for Avengers: Infinity War.
Recently, Anthony and Joe Russo gave another glimpse of the process of filming Avengers: Infinity War. The directors released a behind-the-scene image on their official Facebook page.
The photo reveals Josh Brolin wearing his motion capture suit for Thanos. Fans can check out the image below.
The image was captioned with “Rehearsal,” suggesting that the Oscar nominee has done some trial runs in playing the fictional villain. Fans on social media are expecting to get a first look at Thanos soon.
Recently, the Russo brothers were interviewed by the Independent. The directors revealed that the Avengers movie is the “culmination of everything that’s happened” till present in MCU. They also said that “they’re going to be the end of some things and the beginnings of certain things. And there’s a big catharsis that happens in these movies in terms of what the MCU is and how it is formed.”
It is possible that the directors were referring to the end of Steve Rogers as Captain America, with Bucky Barnes likely taking up the shield next. However, the Winter Solider theory is currently unconfirmed.
