At Taco Bell, you can now enjoy chicken just like chips. That’s because the fast-food chain has recently introduced its very own Naked Chicken Chips.
Admit it, fried chicken is so good that sometimes, you wish you can readily munch on it as a snack. Well, that’s exactly what the new Taco Bell chicken creation is all about. It’s one the most portable and exciting ways to enjoy fried chicken. In fact, Taco Bell says its Naked Chicken Chips would be “the first chip entirely out of fried chicken.”
According to a recent press release from Taco Bell, the chicken chips start with an all-white-meat chicken that has been marinated with “bold Mexican spices and seasoning.” And the best part? It comes with a side of nacho cheese sauce.
Taco Bell says the combination of chicken and cheese will surely make its diners go crazy. ” The marriage of flavors takes a left turn from how fans have traditionally eaten both chicken and chips, making the Naked Chicken Chips the hottest new couple nationwide,” the company explains.
In case you’re wondering, a report from USA Today Sports reveals that the Naked Chicken Chips uses the same recipe as the Naked Chicken Chalupa. The latter was made only made available for a limited time and it seems diners are still craving for it to this day.
Naked Chicken Chips will be offered in different sizes.
Taco Bell’s Naked Chicken Chips will become available starting May 11. And the moment the restaurant chain starts serving it, you will have a number of serving options to choose from. According to a report from Pop Sugar, a 6-piece order will cost $2. Meanwhile, a 12-piece order will go for $3. On the other hand, the Naked Chicken Chips will also become a part of the $5 box. This will come with a Burrito Supreme, your choice of a crunchy taco and a medium drink.
Naked Chicken Chips will only be available for a limited time.
Unfortunately, the Naked Chicken Chips will not be around for a long time. In fact, it will only be offered for six weeks. To make the most of it, start planning your trips to Taco Bell now.
