Sylvester Stallone was found dead in his room, according to reports earlier in September. The 70-year-old actor’s death was allegedly due to drug overdose.
Reports of Stallone’s death went viral and fans were shocked and heartbroken. There was a picture of the actor which showed him in a body bag being moved away by a wheeled stretcher from his home in Los Angeles, according to Hall Of Fame Magazine.
The Rambo star is the latest in a host of celebrities to be the victim of a death hoax. The news of Sylvester Stallone dead appeared to have come from what looks like a CNN story.
But, it was a fake news story which attracted readers to the site without much effort. When readers are clicking the link, it takes them to a website that is known for hoax stories.
However, Sylvester Stallone is very much alive and in good health. Though, he has not commented on his death hoax reports, he appears to mock the rumors on a new video posted on his Instagram. Interestingly, his daughter joined in!
In the video, Stallone is seen talking to his daughter Sophia. The Rocky Balboa star asks Sophia if regular exercise can contribute to longevity.
“Do you think that exercise makes you live longer?” he asks his daughter. She responds: “Yah, I think it does actually.”
“So, you think I’ll reach about 300 years?” the actor again asks Sophia.
But, it is not clear what prompted Sylvester Stallone to ask such questions, he may be trying to make an announcement stating the he is healthy as he works our regularly. Or he can be pissed by the death hoax and making fun of it.
