“Scream Queens” season 2 premiere is just around the corner and fans are getting excited on what’s in store for them. Here are the things you need to know.
FOX will be airing the “Scream Queens” season 2 which will see the return of original cast members Lea Michele, Emma Roberts, and Jaime Lee Curtis.
Unlike the first season which was set in the Wallace University, “Scream Queens” season two will take place at C.U.R.E, a hospital with bizarre cases. There is also a time jump for the next season, with the story starting up three years after the season 1 finale storyline.
Chanel Oberlin, played by Emma Roberts, Chanel # 2 (Billie Lourd), and Chanel # 5 (Abigail Breslin) will be graduating from the mental asylum and will set foot at C.U.R.E as medical students. Meanwhile, Zayday Williamsm played by Keke Palmer, will be training physician at C.U.R.E.
International Business Times reports also that former private security guard Denise Hemphill, played by Niecy Nash), will as an FBI Agent.
The comedy-horror television series will also introduce new characters for the season.
John Stamos will play as Dr. Brock Holt, a secretive head surgeon and Taylor Lautner who will take on the role of Dr. Cascade Cassadee, doctor at C.U.R.E. who has a strange medical condition. Later one, spoilers are saying that he will be accused as the suspect for tragic events which will happen in the hospital.
“Cassidy Cascade is an interesting one. He is very smart and he certainly has a secret or two that will be revealed,” the actor described his role in an exclusive interview with ET Online.
Also included in the new cast are James Earl, Kirstie Alley, Jerry O’Connell, Laura Bell Bundy, Colton Haynes, Cecily Strong, Jeremy Batiste, Trilby Glover, and Kevin Bigley.
“Scream Queens” season 2 will premiere on September 20 at 9pm on FOX.
