Samsung teased its forthcoming Galaxy View tablet at the IFA 2015 event presently happening in Berlin. Rumors were plentiful about the gigantic tablet for quite some time now and finally the company made an official announcement about the device to clear the air.
As per the announcement made by the South Korean manufacturer, the most talked-about Samsung Galaxy View tablet will be released this October. The company is expecting the new tablet to fetch a good revenue and reputation for them in the market. But as a matter of fact, demand for such devices in the market has been declining lately, according to Argyll Free Press.
Samsung Galaxy View reportedly comes with an 18.4-inch display, which is regarded as gigantic by consumers. The new tablet with 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution will not have an AMOLED display. It is doubtful whether Samsung, which is well-known for its amazing display, would be able to deliver the same quality display without AMOLED for its new tablet.
Samsung Galaxy View will house Exynos 7580 processor, a 2GB RAM and in-built storage of 32GB. There is no information yet on the availability of expandable memory or a microSD slot. The tablet features a 5,700mAh battery, which should be sufficient to fuel the large 18.4-inch display.
Galaxy View tab is expected to come with a kickstand so that users would be able to make use full of its large display. Though the company announced that the tablet will be launched this October, it hasn’t hinted anything about its price or availability, reported The Market Business.
