The creator of the TV series “The Walking Dead,” Robert Kirkman, recently unveiled a new game based on the show. The game, “The Walking Dead: Road to Survival,” is told to be a thrilling, mature adventure.
As per Kirkman, “Working with the Scopely team, we’ve had the unique opportunity to translate The Walking Dead story into a deeply interactive and engaging mobile experience,” he added, “The game design, the aesthetic, the tone and the writing have all come together in an authentic way that we know Walking Dead fans will love.”
“The Walking Dead: Road to Survival” is story-driven, depicting the struggle to survive in a harsh and unforgiving world. Rick, Michonne and the Governor are the iconic characters that are incorporated in the game. The games will have to rescue their fellow survivors while fortifying their compounds.

The press release of Scopely also states the same – “The Walking Dead: Road to Survival” is a mature, intense, story-driven game that emulates the ongoing struggle to survive in a harsh and unforgiving world overrun by vicious Walkers and ruthless fellow survivors.” The press release also mentioned, “Difficult decisions must be made that determine who lives or dies and how future events unfold in the game’s narrative.”
“The Walking Dead: Road to Survival” is now available for iOS and Android. The show itself, “The Walking Dead,” will premier for season 6 on October 11 at 9 p.m. ET on AMC.
