Project Runway All Stars finally revealed the list of designers who will join the upcoming season. All 13 aspiring designers are to make the fashion industry pop out with color, finesse, and expertise, as those from the first season down to season 13 of the franchise are coming back to take a shot at getting crowned as the next big winner.
Project Runway has been around in the television industry since 2004, giving amateur designers a shot at making it big in the fashion industry. For those seasons, the franchise is going to bring back 13 designers who did not win the first time, and one who actually won during his first try.
As reported by Entertainment Weekly, the 13 designers that will be featured in the episodes consist not only those exposed in the Project Runway franchise, but also those who previously participated in “Under the Gunn.”
The list of designers are as follows:
Daniel Franco – Season 1 & 2
Stella Zotis – Season 5
Valerie Mayen – Season 8
Layana Aguilar – Season 11
Ken Laurence – Season 12
Alexander Pope – Season 12
Dom Streater – Winner of Season 12
Kini Zamora – Season 13
Fade Zu Grau – Season 13
Emily Payne – Season 13
Mitchell Perry – Season 13
For Under the Gunn:
The hosts for the upcoming season would still be the beautiful Miss Alyssa Milano along with Isaac Mizrahi and Georgina Chapman. This season will also be different from the rest of Project Runway seasons in such a way that judges will critique the designs without prior knowledge of who designed which.
In other news, Pineapple Newspaper reports that a Project Runway star from season nine and 14 by the name of Amanda Perna is making it big in the world of fashion with her House of Perna clothing line. The designer’s focus is creating high-end luxury women’s clothing.
According to the report, her label is currently open for business and sells clothes valued as low as $18 for accessories. In fact, the store located by Delray Beach, Florida, is embarked inside Eleven Spa and is open to the public at all times of the week. It even has its own vibrant studio.
