Supermodel Karlie Kloss was so pissed with Philippine Airlines that not only did she take to her Twitter account to rant, she also took to Snapchat to air her dismay. She must have a very bad experience to release all those emotions.
On her Twitter account, the 23-year-od supermodel snapped a photo of herself standing at airport, right in front of the check-in kiosk designated for Philippine Airlines’ passengers and in big, bold, red letters, wrote “NO ONE FLYS PHILIPPINES AIRLINES…AND NOW I KNOW WHY.” She captioned this photo with a message for @flyPAL, admonishing them of having the worst customer service that is “rude and disrespectful.”
She then went to her Snapchat and recorded herself in a video wherein she said, “I travel international on a weekly basis and I’ve never had a worse customer experience than I had tonight. Thanks, Philippine Airlines.”
Philippine Airlines got so bothered by the rant of the supermodel they replied to her post with a series of tweets trying to make amends. One of them reads, “@karliekloss Hi, Karlie. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and the disappointment you felt. Please send us your ticket details.”
It’s kind of sad that Kloss did not detail what happened to her clearly. She did not explain what set her off and make such a huge fuss. It must be big because it was quite apparent that the airline is currently trying to appease the model by asking for her email repeatedly. It seems that Kloss is completely ignoring @flyPAL though.
The model was last spotted in New York for the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) Fashion Awards on Monday evening, where she graced the event in a dress with faux wings and multi-layered skirt. With her hair in a bun, E News even described her as giving off “Tinkerbell” vibes. She was included in the magazine’s worst dressed this year.
According to Mail Online UK however, she was looking very spot-on in a slinky jumpsuits with cutouts ahead of the awards and for the rehearsals.
