Park Yoochun Now Raped Four People? JYJ Fans Threaten to Withdraw Support

Park Yoochun is in the middle of a sexual assault storm that has taken the industry and many fans in surprise. On top of the previous two, another two sexual assault allegation has been filed against the artist threatening to create a throng of backlash, including withdrawal of support from JYJ fans. Is is the end for Micky Yoochun?

Four Sexual Assault Cases Now Filed Against Yoochun

Park Yoochun will not be able to escape a police investigation on his alleged sexual assault incidents. In fact, the police will be going forward with the matter to look more closely into the details of the said cases.

Seoul Gangnam Police Station just claimed that it will be proceeding with investigation despite Ms. Lee taking back her case.

The suit has been withdrawn, but the investigation into the incident will continue. It’s so we can come to a clear conclusion about the suspicions against Yoochun. It’s likely that Yoochun and the accuser will be summoned if necessary,” All Kpop quoted the station’s representative.

More people are coming forward against Park Yoochun. The Gangnam Police Station even said that a third individual sought the police’s help on June 17 around 1:40 p.m., as reported by Soompi.

According to the person, Yoochun sexually assaulted her around two years ago on June 12, 2014 at around 4 a.m. The woman met Yoochun while drinking in a bar on June 11, 2014. Their group went to Yoochun’s house for another round of drinks before he took her to the bathroom and raped her. The fourth person to file the case stated a similar scenario as the previous victims but she was sexually assaulted in 2015.

With all the hail storm of sexual assault allegations, it seems as though fans are jumping ship. A JYJ fansite, DC JYJ Gallery, condemned Park Yoochun and his string of scandals, prompting withdrawal of support. As the statement said:

“DC JYJ Gallery has supported Kim Jaejoong, Park Yoochun, and Kim Junsu since they sued their former agency for unjust contracts in 2009. One of the reasons why we’ve been with them for seven years is because we believed it was right for them to undauntedly fight unjust actions.”

“However, since Park Yoochun entered an establishment that sells sex, it is illogical for fans who have helped overthrow unjustness to support him.”

“JYJ Gallery will withdraw all of the support that has been given to this member.”

C-JeS, Yoochun’s label, plans to counter the allegations with blackmail and false accusations arguments. The label issued an official statement on the matter.

“We sincerely apologize for becoming involved in an incident that is greatly affecting society,” the company said.

“But we have come to see that it is meaningless to wait for the police results as we have observed the various indiscriminate allegations being lodged against Park Yoochun.

“First, we plan to file a complaint on Monday of blackmail and false accusations in regards to the first [sexual assault] allegation, of which the facts have been determined, to the Gangnam Police.

“As soon as the facts have been determined for the second case, we plan to also strongly respond,” it added.
