Free agent guard Ian Clark has agreed to sign with Golden State Warriors on Monday, according to league sources.
Both sides are now finalizing the terms and conditions of the deal after Clark’s commitment. Clark featured for the Warriors in summer league of 2013, where he displayed a stunning show. A 33-point performance in the title game earned him the MVP award. He shot seven 3-pointers. Clark joined Utah Jazz on a multi-year deal. Since then he bounced between Salt Lake City and D-League before Denver Nuggets added him in their roster.
The 24-year-old, 6’3″ guard has averaged 2.4 points on 34.4 percent three-point shooting in 53 NBA games. He went undrafted out of Belmont in 2013 NBA draft.
Clark finished last season with the Denver Nuggets.
