Poll: NBA Finals Game 7 Vs ‘Game Of Thrones’ Battle Of The Bastards

The NBA Finals is sent to Game 7 after the epic ball play of LeBron James on Thursday. But can Game 7 on Sunday be cancelled if “Game of Thrones” fans rally hard enough?

Fans are now wondering what they should do in order to watch both “Game of Thrones” Season 6 Episode 9 and NBA Finals Game 7 on Sunday since they air at exactly the same time. Both absolutely cannot be missed either.

We have a poll below! But before jumping right to it, please read our article first to help you decide which GAME you will be watching live!

For “Game of Thrones” Season 6 Episode 9, it’s the “Battle of the Bastards.”

It’s not too much of an exaggeration to say that people have been waiting for this epic battle between Jon Snow and Ramsay Bolton for quite a while. Heck, fans are now grouping themselves according to Team Snow and Team Bolton!

For a battle that most people are describing as “boring” and “predictable” because naturally Jon Snow will win (read our analysis here why), fans will still be quite deranged to miss the episode.

Not to mention, the production costs for “Battle of the Bastards” have reached new heights! As previously reported, there will be “a total of 600 crew members will be present in ‘”Battle of the Bastards” ranging from film crews, prop masters, and the costume department.”

And then, there are “Around 500 extras have also been recruited to play the role of both armies. Visual effects will later be added to expand the armies into thousands of men to accurately portray the numbers fielded in the battle.”

Crazy to miss!

Avid “Game of Thrones” fans who would choose to watch a basketball game over this battle will be crazy impossible. The problem however, comes for those who are avid fans of “Game of Thrones” and then equally avid fans of “NBA” too!

Some are even calling attention to NBA over their dilemma, asking them to postpone the game. Twitter user @tlemco is one. “I wonder if the NBA will hear me out and change game 7. Sunday nights are for Game Of Thrones,” he said.

@WeltyMN is another. “Every year I say if LeBron plays in Game 7 I’ll watch an NBA game. It was implied that if Game of Thrones was on that promise is void.”

Below are some more tweets that have showed this conundrum among fans clearly.

If neither HBO nor NBA will help you, then let us assist you in choosing which one to tune in to:
