Music Midtown was first conducted in 1994 and it ran without any interruption till 2005. Then there was a five-year gap and the festival returned in 2011 as a one-day event. Next year, it again expanded to two days covering Saturday and Sunday of September.
There will be three tiers of tickets available for the shows. General admission is priced at $156, $600 for VIP entry, and $1200 for super VIP. The income of the show last year was $50,000,000 within the city of Atlanta. This year, the Music Midtown 2015 is expected to cross that figure.
