Mohammed Robinson Dead: Father Shot For Not Holding Door In McDonald’s

One father was shot dead on Saturday after he did not hold a door open for a woman at a McDonald’s in Las Vegas.

At around 11:45 p.m. on Saturday, North Las Vegas Police officers responded to a shooting at the 3000 block of Las Vegas Boulevard. Here, they found 31-year-old Mohammed Nestor Robinson suffering from gunshot wounds. In critical condition, Robinson was immediately transported to the University Medical Center where he died as a result of injuries Sunday morning.

Police said that an argument had broken out in the parking lot of McDonald’s, and it eventually “escalated into gunfire.”

According to a report from Fox 5 Las Vegas, Robinson was in the middle of his lunch break when the shooting happened. He entered the fast food restaurant while a female customer was making her way out. However, the door closed on the woman before she could go out. Following this, the woman said “a few choice words to him.” Afterwards, the woman’s boyfriend went to look for Robinson and an argument ensued. In the end, Robinson was shot dead.

Meanwhile, North Las Vegas Police said there was no one in custody for Robinson’s murder at this time. The suspect is believed to have fled before police arrived at the scene.
