Minecraft Xbox One Update: Download Birthday Skin Packs Until May 16

Earlier yesterday, Minecraft Wii U Edition revealed its new update to include various skins of characters from Super Mario. To add more smiling faces in the Minecraft community, the developers sent out another update for Xbox users.

The free update has included the 4th birthday skin Pack for both Xbox 360 and Xbox One editions. The developers have confirmed that the update will be available for all users on the above-mentioned platform till May 16. The reason behind this release is a celebration by Mojang for completing four years on the Xbox platform.

The announcement was official posted on Xbox Wire by Jaime Limon, Senior Product Marketing Manager for Minecraft, happily addressing to the community of their success and journey with the fans. The post also points out that gamers new to Minecraft can grab the “previously released Birthday Skin Packs.” The current update will also allow them to download the previous “1st, 2nd and 3rd birthday skin pack.”

The update was released by Xbox as a thank-you present for Xbox users. Limon concluded the post by saying, “So, be sure to grab these celebratory offerings while they’re available, so you can amaze your friends and family by wearing your ‘I got the anniversary t-shirt’ t-shirt.”
