Bad Moms stars Mila Kunis and Kristen Bell hoped for a sequel to their recently released motherhood movie but said that whether or not that is possible would depend on the success of the film.
“I genuinely hope there’s a sequel! It all depends on how much money it makes,” the Hollywood Reporter quoted Kunis as saying. “We were talking about it, somewhere tropical! Send the moms off to Hawaii!”
The idea of a destination sequel is also on Bell’s mind. “The obvious choice is that the moms go to Bora Bora. They go on vacation, if I have anything to say about it!” she said.
The pink carpet was laid down for Kunis, Bell, Kathryn Hahn, Annie Mumolo and Christina Applegate on Tuesday for the Bad Moms premiere in Los Angeles. Kunis, who is expecting her second child with husband Ashton Kutcher looked stunning in a Atelier Versace knee-length dress, which was inspired by the Fall 2016 runaway collection, according to the fashion house.
The actress told Vanity Fair last week that she will be wearing whatever dress that feels comfortable and simple. “Everything has to be fitted to a point of expansion,” she said. “I don’t want to wear anything just to show off my belly.” He black strapless dress with blue and red accents with pointy beige shoes with flairs of red did seem right on the pink carpet.
When asked, which part of the script was the most enjoyable to write, co-writer and director Jon Lucas said, “Writing Carla, which was Kathryn Hahn’s character was really fun. The character has no limits and will just do anything.”
However, according to Lucas and Scott Moore, they did not have anyone in particular on their minds while they were writing the characters. When asked about the favorite scene of the movie, Mila Kunis and Bell were quick to pick the grocery store scene which they both admitted was a lot of fun shooting for.
