This Yuletide season, you may be considering rewarding yourself with a new Xbox One. You are up for a good surprise. Microsoft Corp has recently announced a special and limited-time discount applicable to all units of the videogame console.
This special offer would start on Sunday (November 2) and would last until January 3. During that period, any Xbox One console would be sold at a special promotional price tag of $349. Without the promo, it costs $400. As of this writing, this offer is only applicable in the US, though.
The $50 markdown applies not just to all Xbox One consoles. It is also implemented on the special edition bundles that offer games like the Assassin’s Creed: Unity; Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare; and Sunset Overdrive.
Almost all retailers
The promo would be effective at almost all major retailers across the country. Those include Amazon, Microsoft Stores, Best Buy, Toys ‘R US, Walmart, and Target. This may be eventually available in markets outside the US, but in a varied offer.
In a blog post, Microsoft said this offer is aimed at providing fans with a broader portfolio of games on Xbox One especially this holiday season. Aside from the games already mentioned, this special promotion would also include exclusive games like Forza Horizon 2, Hallo: The Master Chief Collection, and the latest blockbusters like Destiny, FIFA 15, Dragon Age: Inquisition, Grand Theft Auto V, and Minecraft.
Starting November 2, the bundle of Assassin’s Creed would be sold for just $349. The same would be sold for $449 if it is purchased with Kinect. On the other hand, the Sunset Overdrive Bundle, which would be released in a limited volume, will also cost $349.
Lastly, the Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare bundle, which is a limited edition, would be on sale beginning November 3 for just $449. The package would feature a 1TB of hard drive, custom controller and Limited Edition Exoskeleton. A lot of enthusiasts have been waiting for so long to watch the sequel to this new month.
