Another actor has reportedly been included in the growing number of artists involved in “American Horror Story: Hotel.”
Max Greenfield, who every TV lover knows as Schmidt in “New Girl,” has been cast as one of the unfortunate souls to check in the titular hotel.
Ryan Murphy tweeted the announcement on Monday.
Murphy, though, didn’t indicate additional details as to what role Greenfield will be stepping into. The actor joins previously announced names such as Kathy Bates, Lady Gaga, Matt Bomer, Wes Bentley and Cheyenne Jackson.
There are speculations that the fifth offering of the horror anthology will be focused on the musical aspect of things, as indicated by Lady Gaga’s casting. Vanity Fair notes that both Cheyenne Jackson and Greenfield are capable dancers, so fans need to keep their fingers crossed that the show will enable them to don their dancing shoes for a spectacular musical scene.
Production will start during the summer season. FX will debut the first episode come October.
