Recent news has confirmed Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 1 and 2 will be released for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The game was considered to be one of the best action co-operative RPG, bringing in 25 playable Marvel characters.
Gamezone got their hands on a Taiwanese rating for Ultimate Alliance 1 and 2 for PS4 and Xbox One. The video game was officially released in 2006, as Activision and Marvel joined hands to create the best melee combat game with superheroes. Marvel Ultimate: Alliance 2 was later released in 2009 after receiving positive feedback for the first edition along with X-Men: Legends 1 and 2.
We can soon expect an update on Xbox One and PlayStation 4’s online store category list. However, we still don’t have a confirmation about the release date in the western regions, particularly in the United States.
Ultimate Alliance allows 4 users to play simultaneously. However, gamers can also opt to play as single or double player, allowing others characters to be controlled by computer. Its previous release on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 4 contained DLCs, which allowed 8 extra playable characters.
Fans are excited for the return of the game to the latest-generation console, and we could perhaps expect some new characters along with visual improvements to give users better gaming experience.
The re-release of Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 1 and 2 is also generating whispers around the internet. It is widely speculated that is is just away to promote the game while working on a sequel — Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 3. If true, we can expect some news by the end of the year.
If you’re PC gamer and is not familiar with Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 1 and 2, there’s still hope for you as the games were officially released for PC as well.
