Marvel’s upcoming Doctor Strange movie is currently the most anticipated among MCU fans. The recently released trailer from SDCC gave a glimpse of Benedict Cumberbatch, Mad Mikkelsen and Chiwetel Ejiofor in action. Nevertheless, what else can fans expect?
There have been rumors lately that Doctor Strange could soon be starring along with Loki, as they belong to the same Marvel Cinematic Multiverse. While they remained as speculation, recent news suggests it could be a strong possibility in the upcoming movie.
As spotted by Cosmic Book News, MTV had an interview with Benedict Cumberbatch at Comic con during Doctor Strange Panel. During their talk, Tom Hiddleston was part of the topic and the journalist later questioned if there’s a possibility of seeing both actor together in an upcoming movie.
Benedict Cumberbatch grinningly replied to it, “I know. I know. We’ll see. Stuff could happen.” The actor also spoke about his fictional role as Doctor Stephen Strange and shared details about the character’s traits and similarities of his attitude with Tony Stark.
While there seems to be hints of both fictional characters to crosspatch in Doctor Strange, its also possible that they star together in Marvel’s Avengers: Infinity War. Tom Hiddleston still hasn’t commented on this.
During Collider’s interview, Director Scott Derrickson also revealed the run time for the movie. At 3:05, the journalist questioned him, “How long was the first cut and how long is the movie now? He replied, “The first cut came in about a little over two hours and now we’re a little under two hours.”
Nerdist also recently uploaded a video of their breakdown with Doctor Strange trailer. Fans can check out their 6 analysis in the video below. Doctor Strange movie will be releasing on November 4th, 2016.
