Love can bloom at some odd and uncommon circumstances. Take the story of Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom.
Perry showed her support for Hillary Clinton at the “Hillary Victory Fund: I’m With Her Concert” held on Wednesday at the Radio City Music Hall. Aside from Bill Clinton, the event was filled with stars and celebrities. There were performances from Grammy Nominee Andra Day and Sir Elton John. Oscar winners Jamie Foxx and Julianne Moore were also present. But the most talked about performance during the night is Perry’s, not because of any extraordinary gimmickry but because Bloom was all out cheering her.
As described by Bustle, Bloom’s cheers that night were like shouting out to the world her love for the singer. What made the event special was that Bloom was never really there to support Clinton. The actor has always been keen to keep his political views private.
The rumors linking Perry and Bloom together started at Golden Globes 2016 after party. According to the reports by E! News the couple also had a vacation together in Hawaii and they dined at The Polo Bar of Big Apple for 2 hours. “They seem to be getting serious and are an official couple. She calls him her boyfriend,” a source close to the couple revealed to E!
The couple was again seen together on March 3 when they took a joint flight from NYC. US Weekly reported the couple was heading towards JFK International Airport. Bloom was just a few steps ahead of Katy when they were spotted. Perry was wearing a camel colored trench coat with a multicolored scarf and cropped jeans while Bloom was spotted in the same attire as “Hillary Victory Fund: I’m With Her Concert.” The all black attire made him look as handsome as ever.
Though the couple has not given out any information about their trip, it can be assumed that they are having a good time with each other. After all, love makes everything “Bloom” including Katy.
