Kate Middleton and Prince William’s divorce is rumored to be just around the corner after their constant royal visits together. Could this be a reason why the royal prince will leave the Duchess of Cambridge alone in Kensington so he could attend an important gathering on his own?
Prince William is reportedly set to travel to Dusseldorf for the 70 years celebration of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia, but without Kate Middleton.
The Palace confirmed this in its official Twitter page saying, “During [Prince William’s] visit, HRH will attend events honoring the role of British Forces Germany and the strong ties between [North Rhine-Westphalia] and Britain.”
But Kate Middleton will be noticeably absent for the said event as she will be left in Kensington, Celebrity Dirty Laundry said in a report, noting that she should be present in the important gathering.
“This is a momentous Royal visit to North Rhine-Westphalia. Prince William will give a speech as Minister President Hannelore Kraft presents the Fahnenband to the 20th Armoured Brigade – this is the state’s highest military honour,” the report read.
Kate Middleton and Prince William, who have been faced with divorce rumors for months now, should also meet together the German Chancellor Angela Merkel. However, the royal prince will only be the one who will get to see him.
CDL said that Kate Middleton and Prince William decided to split when attending royal visits as they have been together for quite a number of celebrations already.
The two have been together for Queen Elizabeth’s 90th birthday celebration as well as in Royal Ascot, Wimbledon. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge also made appearance for Prince George’s 3rd birthday, and the America’s World Cup World Series.
“These two must be sick of all this togetherness,” CDL speculated.
