Kate Middleton and Prince William are reportedly planning to add another member to their family, fueling speculation the Duchess of Cambridge is pregnant with their third baby.
Recently, the Star magazine announced that Middleton is expecting a third baby within a year of her last pregnancy. And this time it is a girl. The publication even claimed that the couple is planning to name her after Princess Diana and that the palace has confirmed the news.
The Gossip Cop dismissed the reports of Middleton’s third pregnancy citing a royal insider. A spokesperson at the Kensington Palace also said that the couple “never confirmed” a pregnancy.
“Kate and William agreed long ago that big families were best. They’ve always wanted at least three kids, and for them to be close in age. This latest addition couldn’t be more welcome,” the Star magazine reported, which was debunked by the Gossip Cop. The report added that the couple first informed the Queen and that the rest of the family is very excited.
Meanwhile, the couple will still bring a new member to their family, but it will not be a third baby, as they have been reportedly consulting several breeding websites to decide on a puppy to buy.
According to Mail Online, Prince William and Middleton contacted an Italian company to learn more about a breed known as Bolonka Zwetna, which is a Russian variant of Bichon Frise and is basically a lap dog. The company is also known for its specialization in breeding Alpacas and Bolognese dogs.
In 2011, Prince William and Middleton got their first dog Lupo, an English Cocker Spaniel. Lupo became an integral part of the family since then and has even accompanied them to their holiday residence in Norfolk. The dog also appeared in a number of family portraits with Prince George, the International Business Times reported. The Middleton family also owns a retriever named Tilly.
