Kate Middleton is set to resume her royal duties in the coming weeks and the Duchess of Cambridge would like to start it with bangs. Kate was pictured sporting a fringe as she and husband Prince William drove for morning prayers at Crathie Kirk church in Scotland on Sunday.
According to Daily Mail, the couple has driven from Balmoral Castle escorted by a convoy of cars. The Duchess was wearing a coat which she had already worn in the past. Daily Mail reported that this is the same coat she wore in Liverpool on Valentine’s Day back in 2012. This time, Kate wore the coat on top of a black turtleneck.
Kate’s new fringe has now intensified rumors that she might actually be pregnant with baby no. 3. According to Woman’s Day, Kate first wore such hairstyle during her pregnancy with Prince George in 2012.
Woman’s Day noted that Kate’s new hairstyle is framing her “suspiciously” rounder face, just like when she was pregnant with Prince George. The new hairstyle comes as Kate skipped a friend’s wedding at the last minute in August. The Duchess is known to be sickly during the first months of her pregnancy, both with Prince George and Princess Charlotte.
“It’s not like her to miss things,” revealed a source to Woman’s Day. “When friends called her to check if she was OK, she was clearly hiding something,” the source added.
Meanwhile, Vanity Fair is reporting that the bangs may actually be in preparation as Kate is set to receive the Royal Family Order of Queen Elizabeth II. According to sources who have spoken with Vanity Fair, Queen Elizabeth was overheard over one charity dinner saying that it is now time for Kate to be bestowed with one of the highest honors given to female members of the royal family. The sources further revealed that the honor will be given in October.
