Justin Bieber is set to release his latest album “Purpose” this coming November 13, 2015, but not without competition!
The famous boyband One Direction is also expected to release their fifth album entitled “Made In The AM” on the same date, which signals a healthy competition between the teenage demographics’ most famous music frontrunners.
As reported by International Business Times, pop music enthusiasts are in for a ride this coming November 13, 2015 as the controversial Pop/RNB singer Justin Bieber and the fandom mania One Direction boyband are set to release their latest albums on the exact same date.
It was revealed that the fifth album of One Direction had been much anticipated by their rock-solid die-hard fans since Zayn Malik left the group. With much media attention on their end, Bieber is up for some tough competition along the way.
On Bieber’s end, his two-year long rest from the music industry also garnered him the publicity and anticipation of fans regarding the release of his fourth LP album entitled “Purpose.” In fact, it was speculated in the report that he is more likely to dominate the charts upon release of his album because of the success that his three released singles such as “Sorry” and “What Do You Mean?” songs received.
Both acts have been doing publicity work, Bieber is due to appear on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” this week, and 1D will participate in a series of interviews promoting their albums.
In other news, MTV reported that Bieber’s strategy in selling his albums relate to the transparency he blurted out in public about having depression. During an interview with NME Magazine, Bieber revealed that no matter what position a person holds in society, anyone can be a victim to depression.
He stated, “I just want people to know I’m human. I’m struggling to get through the days. I think a lot of people are. You get lonely and you know, when you’re on the road. People see the glam and the amazing stuff, but they don’t know the other side. This life can rip you apart.”
