James Blake’s latest album “The Colour in Anything” is now out in Spotify and iTunes.
The 27-year-old music producer and singer’s album was dropped on Thursday midnight, following the revelation of his track list.
James Blake also announced that he will have a show in Los Angeles and New York on May 16 and May 18 in his interview with Annie Mac’s Radio 1 show.
The singer’s “The Colour in Anything” album is his first project after his “Overgrown” album in 2013. He co-written the album with Frank Ocean, Billboard said.
To reveal the title of his latest album, James Blake reportedly collaborated with Roald Dahl illustrator Sir Quentin Blake, which was shown in murals, Under The Radar said.
Bon Iver and Kanye West are also included in his album
James Blake has already released three of his songs entitled “My Willing Heart,” “Radio Silence,” and “I Need a Forest Fire.”
Meanwhile, in an interview with The Guardian, James Blake has talked about coming out of his shell and socializing with other musicians, which he does not normally do.
The singer was also all praises for fellow musician Kanye West, who is also included in his latest album.
“I like him,” James Blake said. “Every time I leave a room that Kanye has been in I feel a little electrified, a little inspired and a little more conscious of the fact that, if you’ve had your instincts proved to you, then you can follow them right to the end of the line, despite people’s criticisms.”
He added that his album “Colour in Anything” is his way of loosening up and being open to people about what he feels.
He said, “To put it bluntly, I’ve been validated.”
