Apple is expected to release a number of devices this year, including brand new iPads and MacBooks. What is interesting is that the company seems to be exploring more color options as new reports suggest that the iPad Air 3 and 2016 MacBooks will come in Rose Gold versions. There will also be a new hot pink color option for the upcoming new phone.
Apple is scheduled to hold an event this March to supposedly announce the iPhone 5se, iPad Air 3, Apple Watch 2 and 2016 MacBooks. According to 9to5Mac, Apple is working in harmonizing the hardware colors across its devices. In fact, Apple’s campus reportedly got some Rose Gold iPad Air 3 units floating around. Furthermore, Apple is also working on incorporating the gold hue to other versions of the 12-inch MacBook and the iPad mini but their release are not yet likely in the next month, the report added.
Along with Rose Gold options, the MacBook is also expected to come with new Intel Skylake processors. The new processors should help improve the efficiency of the product line leading to more sales, specifically in the enterprise market.
The company has been struggling with iPhone sales as it dipped for the first time in 13 years. Analysts expect MacBooks to drive growth for the company to compensate for the iPhone challenges. Nonetheless, a new report from CNBC says that it might not be too late for apple as Goldman Sachs’ options team says that it may be the right time to bet on Apple. Option prices for the company are extremely low especially if compared to S&P 500 options. Additionally, the team also thinks that Apple shares will likely be able to move big as opposed to current market expectations. The company has not divulged official details of its highly expected upcoming devices.
