Even though it’s way too soon to tell what iPad Air 3 might have in store for Apple fans, especially with people busy speculating about the upcoming iPhone 7 and iPhone 8, a recent video predicts some of the high-end features that might be included in it.
For starters, artist Geert van Uffelen started delving into some of the exciting specifications users might expect in the yet-unannounced iPad Air 3, reports Product-Reviews. Some of the upgrades, as unbelievable as it sounds, may include 3D Touch, quad speakers for impeccable sound, retina scanner, A10 processor and the reemergence of the Apple Pencil with greater support.
Another interesting feature pointed out by the artist is the fact that iPad Air 3 might be built of a substance called 7000 Series Aluminum, which is water-resistant, something that no other product in the market is using now.
Some are debating about the future of iPad Air and whether its next model is even going to be released, what with the rising popularity of iPad Pro and efforts of Apple directed towards developing a mini version of iPad Pro. However, according to ValueWalk, there are others who are fairly certain that Apple will announce the launch of iPad Air 3 in the WWDC this year. Besides, if the rumored specs indeed end up being a part of iPad Air 3, there would be no stopping its outselling the iPad Pro range.
There is also the rumor going on that iPad Air 3 would be the thinnest iPad to date; but with the iPad Air 2 already verging on being “impossibly thin” (just 6.1 mm), the chances of the iPad Air getting any thinner, without running the risk of having no space left for a battery, seems slim.
Even though it’s barely speculations at this point, users are surely keeping their fingers crossed for something awesome when it comes to iPad Air 3.
