With the iPhone 7, MacBook Pro and Apple Watch 2 hogging the limelight, many Apple fans are wondering the state of the iPad line.
Based on the flow of things over at the Cupertino company, the earliest date to expect anything from the iPad line would be in 2017. And with that in mind, the iPad Air 3 and the iPad Mini 5 could be up in 2017 though all that remains to be seen.
The good news is that like most devices that have yet to be made official, there are rumored specs floating for the two tablets. And most of it are tied up with Apple’s last iPad offering, the iPad Pro 9.7 which debuted back in March.
iPad Air 3 rumored specs
The iPad Air 3 is something that could come out next year and the immediate notion is that it will come equipped with a powerful processor. This could hint at a possible A9 chip for better and faster processing plus and improved external design.
Among the things most people want to see for the iPad Air 3 include improved audio output and a thinner make. Of the two, the latter seems to be more likely as happening with Apple doing so for the iPhone 7 and the MacBook Pro.
Two iPad Mini 5 variants happening?
The iPad Mini line holds a sketchy future though there are still some who look for them. There could possibly be two variants coming at some point, an iPad Mini 5 and an iPad Mini Pro.
Some believe that there is a chance that an iPad Mini 5 could come out this year, but the chances are not that high. Regardless, the iPad Mini 5 could tote the same A9 or A9x chipset and come with slimmer make embezzled in an aluminum case design.
In all, a possible coming of the iPad Air 3 or iPad Mini 5 may carry minimal changes as Apple holds off any major redesigns similar to the upcoming iPhone 7. With that said, would Apple fans still want to see either debut in the market soon?
