The newest trailer of The Huntsman: Winter’s War has been unleashed. The film is the follow-up to Snow White and the Huntsman. The sequel is helmed by Cedric Nicolas-Troyan. The motion picture is notable for the reason that the story seems exactly like Frozen’s Elsa and Anna plot.
According to io9, The Huntsman: Winter’s War also got two sisters played by Charlize Theron and Emily Blunt. One of the sisters has a traumatic experience and realizes she has the power of ice.
Variety states that the trailer reveals the film to be a prequel to the 2012 dark fantasy action-adventure “Snow White and the Huntsman,” in which Charlize Theron and Chris Hemsworth (best known for his role as Thor) starred alongside Bella Swan in Twilight, Kristen Stewart.
Cinema Blend claims, “The Hunstman: Winter’s War’s set pieces also look as though they’ve been amped up, too, with Chris Hemsworth jumping from a cliff top to an ice castle without a care in the world, and Emily Blunt’s Ice Queen not missing a chance to display her terrifying abilities, while the titanic tussle between Blunt and Charlize Theron already looks thrilling.”
It was surprising when Universal Pictures made the decision to green-light a follow-up to Snow White and the Huntsman, taking into consideration the first installment’s $170 million budget only gained $396 million at the box office.
However, the trailer showcases an obvious improvement in casting. The movie is slated to ice up in theaters on April 22 without competition, as The Jungle Book is out on April 15, while the superhero film Captain America: Civil War follows on May 6.
