Google will be releasing the official version of the Android 7.0 Nougat update. Android 7.0 Nougat Preview

Google is slated to release Android 7.0 Nougat update this summer. In preparation for this, Google released the fifth and final preview of the Android Nougat. According to the tech giant, the preview offers the latest version of the Android Nougat emulator for final testing of apps. It also comes with the latest system behaviors, UI, bug fixes and final N APIs. More importantly, it offers pre-installed apps and system optimizations.

According to Tech Crunch, as far as testing goes, there are now user-facing features for this version. Nonetheless, Google initiated minor tweaks occasionally to the user interface in between the previews released.

As with other Android releases, the Nexus series is first in line. Specifically, the Nougat Developer Preview is accessible to Nexus 6, Nexus 5X, Nexus 6P, Nexus 9 and Pixel C devices. It is also additionally available to General Mobile 4G Android devices.

“This preview gives developers the near-final system updates for all of the supported preview devices,” said Google.
