“Home and Away” star, Pia Miller, a 31-year-old TV representative and model, has spoken about her marriage status. She also admitted that she and her husband, former Richmond player, Brad Miller, are now separated.
Although the couple was living in two different locations for more than a year but they choose the AFL Grand Final day to make the announcement of separation.
Pia’s representative circulated a statement, in which the TV star stated “After several months of reflection we have decided to separate.” She also added “We have shared ten wonderful years together. Moving forward, Brad will be moving to Sydney so that we can continue to co-parent the children together.” Brad is presently settled in Melbourne.
The couple was introduced to each other by a common friend in 2006 and after one year they tied the knot. After marriage, Brad fathered a son, Lennox, and adopted another named, Isaiah, who was from another relationship of Pia, the new police officer of Summer Bay in “Home and Away.”
Lennox, 8 and Isaiah, 12 are very much in love with Pia and Brad. In her statement, Pia said “We will always be supportive of one another. We are, and always will be, a family.”
Pia got her fame after winning the annual Dolly magazine model-hunt at an early age of 14. In 2014, she bagged the role of the police officer Katarina Chapman on “Home and Away” series.
After her selection, she relocated to Sydney with her two sons. Since then she has been a regular face on several social scenes. Last yesterday, she was spotted at Sydney Airport without her wedding ring and the day after, she revealed the news to media.
