Home And Away: Jeremy Lindsay Taylor Is The Recent Recruit

Popular Australian television show “Home and Away” is soon to be sparkled with the presence of 41-year-old Australian actor Jeremy Lindsay Taylor.

The fact is still wrapped in mystery – whether the actor has been contracted for a full-time character or just for a temporary role. Whatever it is, the show is surely going to soar high on the ratings.

The news broke out as paparazzi spotted Jeremy, all suited up and doing scenes alongside 31-year-old Pia Miller playing Kat Chapman. According to TV Tonight, Taylor is playing the role of Detective Dylan Carter.

It seems like “Home and Away” is trying several new additions to draw more and more audience. In recent times, there have been two new recruits. Scott Lee has been cast for Hunter’s character and Ben Mingay has been playing the role of Trystan.

When Taylor was questioned about his role, he said to News Corp, “I’ve been doing this nearly 20 years now, so it has been a long time coming.” He also added, “I have always wanted to be a part of this. Home and Away is an institution, it is iconic Australian TV. It is great to finally be a part of the family.”

Jeremy Taylor is a well-known and popular face in Australian television shows. He had an impressive acting career. “Home and Away” is surely going to add another feather in his already crowded cap.

In response to the query regarding his role in the show, he commented, “I play a great role, my character is very complex and very interesting so that is really what drew me to it.”

Jeremy Taylor has won the hearts of millions by playing the role of Kurt Peterson in “Heartbreak High.” His other Australian television appearances include “Puberty Blues,” “Gallipoli,” “Bikie Wars: Brothers In Arms” and “Underbelly.”

“Home and Away” currently is being aired on Seven in Australia and on Channel 5 in UK.
