“Hollywood Medium” has recently revisited Caitlyn Jenner and the ghosts of her past in its latest episode with ex Kris Jenner.
The show’s host Tyler Henry star down with the “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” star and momager Kris Jenner and told her that her ex Caitlyn Jenner’s deceased relatives have messages for her.
According to a Heavy report, William Hugh Jenner, the former Olympian’s late father who died in 2000, is a World War II veteran.
In an Instagram post, Caitlyn Jenner paid tribute to her dad as she posted an old photo of him in soldier uniform.
“I am a great supporter of our military and was so excited to hear the announcement this week that #trans individuals are now allowed to serve,” she said. “This is a picture of my father William Hugh Jenner who fought in World War II, landed on Omaha Beach and somehow survived the war. So proud of our military and this decision!!
In an interview with Philadelphia Inquirer, Caitlyn Jenner admitted that she regretted not coming out to his father about her sexuality.
“That will always haunt me,” she said. “I think eventually he would have come around. He would have never understood, he didn’t know anything – gay, trans, all that other stuff.”
He then said that he is sure his father must be happy and proud of her now for coming out.
Caitlyn Jenner’s 90-year-old mother Esther Jenner is meanwhile showing her support to her child amidst coming out as a transgender woman last year.
Moreover, another important family member of Caitlyn Jenner was revisited in “Hollywood Medium.”
Caitlyn Jenner’s brother, Burt Jenner, died in a tragic car crash in 1976 along with his girlfriend in Canton, Connecticut.
This accident happened just three months after then Bruce Jenner got the decathlon world record at the 1976 Olympics.
