Finally, the cast of the “High School Musical” had a reunion in July. They came together to support the premier of the new Disney Channel movie “Descendants” on July 21. The movie was directed by Kenny Ortega, fueling the rumor of a 4th HSM movie.
The first “High School Musical” hit the screens in 2006, and continued in 2007 and 2008 with the new installments. There is already a rumor that “High School Musical 4” is being considered as an option which was stirred up by Zac’s own remark during an interview last March.
Know More About The Reunion
The mini reunion which took almost 10 years to happen included all the cast except the leads, Zac and Vanessa. Ashley posted a picture of the whole group in Instagram along with the caption which clearly marked her feelings for Kenny who “changed their lives.”
The other cast, Monique Coleman, captioned her post stating that Kenny creates total magic on screen and she was really grateful for being able to share the night with her family. A “High School Musical 4” will surely bring more people together.

The rumors about “High School Musical 4” have not been confirmed but we are keeping our fingers crossed to get some news anytime soon. However, due to the present air between Zac and Vanessa, who played the lead couple in the series, it might be difficult to get the two back onscreen as the lead couple with the right chemistry.
The duo broke their love-relationship in 2010 after hanging around for 3 years, and currently they both have move on. Vanessa is now with her steady boyfriend Austin Butler for the last 4 years, and Zac has also been dating others.
