“Gypsy Sisters” is saying goodbye.
Reality TV show “Gypsy Sisters” will not have another season, as production says it is sacking the show following previous seasons’ shrinking ratings, celebrity sites report.
TMZ says sources close to the production said, “TLC simply felt it was time to move on.” Although there were already reports that discussions started on how to go with Season 5, things made a sudden turn when production completely abandoned the show.
Speculations emerged that last week’s incident prompted the sacking of the show. In an earlier report, Mellie Stanley, one of the show’s cast, got into a verbal brawl with husband Randall Scott Vuncannon, resulting in the latter’s killing of Stanley’s dog. Scott reportedly threw the white small doggie across their kitchen.
Vuncannon is facing charges for animal cruelty, news said. But when it comes to confirming the cancellation of “Gypsy Sisters,” TMZ said it was truly poor rating that wrapped up the show.
Show co-star JoAnn Wells tweeted on Thursday, confirming the cancellation.
Another co-star, Kayla, corroborated Well’s statement and even invited “Gypsy Sisters” fans to subscribe to her YouTube channel to keep updated on her.
I am so sorry to announce to all my fans our show has been officially canceled!! It was a great opportunity and thanks for all 💞 n support 😘
