Uh oh, seems like after appearing on “America’s Got Talent,” Grace VanderWaal does not want to go to school anymore! Find out why!
For many young stars who have found sudden and unexpected recognition in their tween years tend to give up on normal school and studies take a backseat as they turn their focus on transforming their fame to a full blown career.
Hence, it would not be surprising if the exceptionally talented singer Grace VanderWaal, who has gathered quite a fan following after appearing on “America’s Got Talent” and whom AGT judge Simon Cowell even dubbed as the next Taylor Swift, decided to drop out of school early.
However, going to school does not frustrate the amateur country singer because she fears getting mobbed by fans or because she undermines the importance of getting educated anymore. It is because she is slowly discovering that people aren’t as genuine as she originally thought they were.

It’s one thing to face the wrath of “mean girls” at school every day. It’s bizarrely another thing to have those mean girls turn into your BFFs overnight!
While Grace feels blessed at achieving such a huge popularity at a tender age, she is also realizing some harsh truths that most kids her age are unaware of. One of these truths is that people are fake!
“At our lunch table — we literally used to sit alone, and people would go out of their way to squeeze their way into other tables, just to not sit at our table. All of a sudden our table is completely full and crowded. It’s frustrating,” VanderWaal said in an interview, reports Hollywood Life.
Her recent performance at “America’s Got Talent” Quarter Finals, where she sang her original composition called “Beautiful Thing”, reports Daily Mail, received high praises including a “perfect” from Simon Cowell!
