The stars of Game of Thrones season 6 have released massive spoilers for the upcoming season that’s about to release this April 24, 2016. Apart from the fact that Jon Snow will return, it was also hinted by Natalie Dormer that Margaery Tyrell was able to escape the dungeon.
“Game of Thrones” season 6 has been anticipated by fans. Emilia Clarke, the actress who portrays Daenerys Targaryen in the series, revealed that she is both “excited and nervous” for the latest season. In fact, she even revealed a spoiler regarding the role of Jon Snow.
Last Sunday, HBO hosted a Golden Globes 2016 afterparty where Clarke made an appearance. A reported asked the actress about what fans can expect on Jon Snow’s character for the latest season. She revealed, “It’s going to be big.” In fact, she also stated that season six of the series will have “the biggest moments on television that have ever existed.” Excited yet?
In other news, another “Game of Thrones” star slipped her mind and gave away a massive spoiler. Natalie Dormer, the actress who plays Margaery Tyrell, was interviewed in “The Jimmy Kimmel Live” show and admitted that she recently came back from filming in Spain.
Looking back on season five of the series, her character was locked up in a dungeon. When Kimmel prodded about this fact, the host wondered as to whether her character was able to escape the dungeon, since filming had to be based in Spain.
Dormer responded, “Well, there are dungeons in Spain.” Kimmel said , “But why would one need to go to Spain for a dungeon?” Oh, snap! Seems like Margaery Tyrell slipped on that one!
Other spoilers suggest that “Game of Thrones” season six will feature an epic battle that may be called “Battle of the Six Armies.” In fact, there are several reports that indicate fake dead bodies and horses were seen on set. The bodies allegedly belong to Bolton, Karstack, and Umber.
There was also a report that says Sansa was present in the said scene. Does this mean that she and her speculated brother, Jon Snow, would be reunited during the season? Is this what Clarke was referring to as Jon Snow’s comeback?
Additionally, it was suggested that Jaime Lannister may be travelling to Riverlands for “Game of Thrones” season six in the hopes of putting a stop to a standoff among the Tullys, the Lannister and the Freys in the castle. Said event is said to happen mid-season.
