French Open Day 3 Results

It’s the third day of the French Open and the top seeded, Novak Djokovic, Serena Williams and the King of Clay Court, Rafael Nadal, all won their respective matches, advancing to the next round.

However, it’s not a good day for No. 6 seed, Eugenie Bouchard, who was taken down by unseeded Kristina Mladenovic of Serbia, 6-4, 6-4.

Another top seeded player was eliminated when No. 10 seed, Grigor Dimitrov, was beaten by Jack Sock,  7-6(7), 6-2, 6-3.

And it was a day of celebration for Americans, as Jack Sock’s fellow, Serena Williams, advanced to the next round with the defeat of Andrea Hlavackova, 6-2, 6-3.

Djokovic won over Jarkko Nieminen, 6-2, 7-5, 6-2.

And the King of Clay Court, Nadal, ousted Quentin Halys, 6-3, 6-3, 6-4.
