The Fifth Harmony girls are doing something for a good cause. The girls joined “Sesame Street” on Saturday to spread the good word about music.
Sesame Street has invited many celebrities as guests in the past. This time, it was Fifth Harmony’s turn, Perez Hilton reports. The girls stopped by to help Elmo sing a song. The beloved character sang a song about finding music.
The new episode of Sesame Street will air on HBO at 9 a.m. ET. The 46th season of the show will be aired on PBS later this fall. The song, “That’s Music,” is about musical sounds that surround us every day. This includes the rhythm of our own footsteps and even the buzzing of the bmble bees. This also includes woodpeckers, crickets, hummingbirds and more.
Fifth Harmony is making news of late because of split rumors. Camila Cabello from the group made a song with Shawn Mendes. They wrote “I Know What You Did Last Summer.” Cabello mentioned, “I didn’t even think that it was going to make it on his album.”
Billboard also reports Cabello saying, “I didn’t expect for it to come out of that dressing room. Because I’ve never done anything like that before. I’ve had writing sessions with people, but I’ve never had one where you’re just there and you start making a song and then it’s too good to be true that something really cool will come out of this.”
With rumors doing the rounds, it was really special for Fifth Harmony to appear on “Sesame Street.” Check out the video right here.
