With the return of “Fear the Walking Dead” season 2’s second half, spoilers are revealing that Nick will walk the path less traveled and may likely join the dead.
The AMC’s hit zombie series “Fear the Walking Dead” season 2 is suggesting that Nick, played by Frank Dillane, will be choosing to surround himself with the zombies rather than join his mother and sister.
“Fear the Walking Dead” showrunner Dave Erickson told in an interview with Entertainment Weekly that Nick does not see the dead as a villain to his life.
“For Nick, he wants to find a place where people see the dead the way he does, where people see the dead not as a threat, not as a danger, but as an extension of themselves – sort of an evolution,” he told the entertainment website. “That’s his goal.”
“Fear the Walking Dead” season 2 spoilers also say that when Nick realizes that Celia is gone and that their compound got burned, he will set on a journey to find people who also think the same way as him. This, according to the showrunner, will give him clues.
“When he actually gets to a place with some degree of spiritual comfort for him,” he added. “It’s not going to last very long.”
The report is also hinting that this scenario hints that Nick might face his death in the second half of “Fear the Walking Dead” season 2.
Moreover, Erickson also said that the “Fear the Walking Dead” season 2 will show how will the family reunite amidst the apocalypse. Characters will likely to take different direction while they seek refuge in the chaos, Screen Rant said in a report.
The second half of the “Fear the Walking Dead” season 2 will be released on August 21, Sunday at 9pm on AMC.
