Finally, custodian Victor Valdes has taken a decision to move out of Old Trafford. Earlier, Valdes had a fallout with head coach Louis van Gaal regarding a proposed move to Turkish club Besiktas. The move didn’t happen in July.
But Valdes’ agent clarified that his client will leave Manchester United this coming January.
Gines Carvajal said to Radio Marca, “He’ll have a chance in January, wherever he goes.”
He added, “Victor won’t be coming to Spain, unless he decides otherwise. He needs to go to a place he feels is right for him.”
Carvajal didn’t hint about any special club that are after his client.
33-year-old Valdes appeared in only two games since joining the Red Devils ten months ago on a free transfer. Former Barcelona star Valdes, a member of the World Cup winning squad of 2010 and 2012 Euro Championship, will be out of contract at the end of this season.
In his 12 years stint at Nou Camp, Valdes won 3 champions league title.
