Is Manchester City going to break Barcelona’s three-pronged dream attacking line-up? Well, City has a past record of robbing rooms of star-studded teams. As par Neymar’s own revelations, the possibility is very much on the cards.
The 23-year-old superstar hitman didn’t rule out a move to the Blues while asked on his future by the reporters. The Brazilian International is reportedly unsettled by the tax-fraud case at Barcelona which also involves his team-mate Lio Messi.
Rumors were growing louder that Neymar is turning down a contract extension with the Spanish giants reportedly.
“Yes, yes.” Neymar said. He was then asked if he would ever leave the Nou Camp, to which he replied: “I don’t know life is long.” Replied Neymar in the El Prat airport while asked whether he received any offer from City or not.
Pep Guardiola is expected to replace Manuel Pellegrini as the City boss, a fact which increases the possibility of the Brazilian striker’s move to Etihad Stadium.
Neymar is currently on a contract with the Catalans till 2018, and the Barca officials are trying to tie him on an extension farther ahead of that.
Both Manchester United and Real Madrid are keeping a close eye on the mercurial Barca striker’s future, and could pounce on him with a summer bid.
