Alexis Sanchez is on a hot run of form with the Gunners this season. Sanchez is considered as one of the hot cakes in European transfer market. There were rumors linking Sanchez to Spanish Giants, “Real Madrid”.
But Alexis Sanchez himself has dismissed it as “rumors” as of now. Sanchez said in La Tercera: “I’m very happy at Arsenal, I don’t think about leaving. I always want to be the best at everything I do. I’m never happy with what I do, I always want to give more.”
The striker who’s leading the Gunners this season, has suddenly shown symptoms of injury after Arsenal’s 3-0 win over Manchester United, sparking concerns in the North London outfit’s camp. Arsene Wenger, the Gunners coach, revealed that he may not risk his in-form Chilean striker against Watford.
Sanchez though featured in two games for Chile during the international break with the hip injury.
“We cannot do a lot about it,” Wenger said. “He came off, as you have seen, against Manchester United with a hip problem.” He also said he really wanted to go and wanted to see how Sanchez comes back since it’s a really tricky case because Chile play official qualifiers for the World Cup. He knows he is an important player.
“You know they will use him if they can. He is a guy who wants always to play, so I knew that could be a tricky situation for us.”
